The OUAC is seeking a Processing Specialist for its graduate and professional programs processing unit for the Teacher Education Application Service (TEAS), Ontario Medical Schools Application Service (OMSAS), Ontario Rehabilitation Sciences programs Application Service (ORPAS) and the Ontario Law School Application Service (OLSAS) and Graduate Studies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process applications for the Graduate Studies division.
- Provide support to the other divisions of the Professional department: OMSAS, OLSAS, ORPAS and TEAS.
- Providing phone and email support to applicants and universities.
Qualifications Sought:
- Minimum 3 years relevant progressive experience in client services and application processing.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Intermediate computer and technical skills.
Abilities/Skills for the Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to absorb and retain large amounts of information.
- Effective listening and speaking skills; diplomacy, tact, patience and professionalism.
- Ability to explain complex processes and procedures in a clear, concise and consistent manner.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Considered an Asset:
- French-language skills.
- Knowledge of the Ontario university system.
Hours of Work:
- Monday through Friday, 4.5 days per week (32 hours).
- Hybrid remote work arrangements may be available after the probationary period.
